My friend had a great experience with Chem Dry, so I called them. Karen in the office was polite and responsive over the phone. Justin came out to clean the carpets and he was attentive to scheduling needs, called to see if it was ok to come early, and did an excellent and thorough job. I am very pleased with how our carpets look. It was very nice doing business with them. I highly recommend them and will call them next time.

The service from Jeff's was impeccable from start to finish. My online inquiry was handled promptly with a phone call the next day. All my questions were answered and a quote was given at that time based on the square footage I gave Karen and what I was needing done. Setting up the appointment was easy as I planned ahead and didn't expect them to be here the next day etc. but if I had asked for that I know every effort would have been made to try to accommodate me. I received reminders via email and a phone call the day before that shared important information that I could do to prep for the cleaning to allow them to do the best job possible. I was also introduced to Jeff and Justin via a picture to know who would be coming to my home to do the cleaning. Great communication continued as Justin kept in touch about his arrival time etc. Justin was very friendly and courteous throughout the appointment and answered any questions I had. He was conscientious by taking great care while moving his equipment through our home as well. We actually had two homes done and Justin did a superb job on both. I would highly recommend to anyone that is needing their carpets, hardwood or laminate floors, or furniture professionally cleaned to hire Jeff's Chem-Dry for the job. They do an awesome work! I will definitely have them back.
This team of great guys are hardworking and knowledgeable about their work!! Have really been pleased every time I’ve had anything done from cleaning carpet, furniture, ceramic tile and with just spot cleaning. They are always on time and do a great job.
